Equipment Hire, You can hire BBQ's and Marquee's from BKSS. Please use this google form https://anusa.com.au/services/equipmenthire/ and the BKSS staff will respond to the hire requests by email. It is free for affiliated clubs and societies to hire equipment, but it is required that you leave a cash deposit at the BKSS. Otherwise a fee is charged for borrowing the equipment, but if it is an event run by students and is for students, then the staff are open to negotiation. Additionally, if the BBQ’s are borrowed, whoever is using them has to either provide their own gas bottles or pay to use ANUSA’s.
