PARSA Wellness Week 2020 - Online Wellness Yoga

Yoga is an excellent way to relax and unwind. We have invited Nayan Sarda, the well-liked registered yoga teacher from our previous eight-week yoga program, to conduct the sessions.
Through this program, you would be able to:
- Improve concentration and focus
- Enhance balance, flexibility, posture and muscle tone
- Better cope with stress with relaxation techniques
- Promote mental well-being and an active lifestyle
When: 25th October – 15th November, Every Sunday 11am-12pm
Session One: De-Stress (25 October)
