Fitness and Yoga
PARSA, ANUSA and ANU Sport, offer free fitness classes to all students in the year.
Date: Monday to Saturday (25/02/19-1/06/19)* For ANU Students
*Excluding Public Holidays
Venue: ANU Sports Building
Monday: YOGA at 8am in the Dojo
Tuesday: BODY BALANCE at 8:00am in the Dojo
Wednesday: RPM at 8:00am in ICS
Thursday: BODY PUMP at 8am in Studio 1
Saturday: YOGA at 10:00am in the Dojo.
Classes are subject to change - please check ANU SPORT reception (02) 6125 2273 for confirmation
Please note: If a class occurs on a public holiday, the class will not be running.
All participants are required to sign up at the reception. They must fill out an Adult pre-screening questionnaire (completed every 12 months) and sign into the class via sheets provided. Towel and enclosed shoes are required for RPM. It is that easy!
