Fitness and Yoga
PARSA, ANUSA and ANU Sport, are offering free fitness classes to all students this year.
Date: Monday to Thursday (every week during semester 2)
Venue: ANU Sports Building
Monday: RPM at 1:00pm in the Indoor Cycling Studio. Conducted by Imogen.
Tuesday: YOGA at 8:00am in the Dojo. Conducted by Nancy.
Wednesday: BODYPUMP at 8:00am in Studio 1. Conducted by Jo.
Thursday: STRETCHING AND FLEXIBILITY at 12:30pm in the Dojo. Conducted by Sarah.
Please note: If a class occurs on a public holiday, the class will not be running.
All participants are required to sign up at reception. They must fill out an Adult pre-screening questionnaire (completed every 12 months) and sign into the class via sheets provided. Towel and enclosed shoes are required for RPM. It is that easy!
