Fitness and Yoga
PARSA, ANUSA and ANU Sport, are offering free fitness classes to all students this year.
Date: Monday to Saturday (23/07/18-27/10/18)*
*Excluding Public Holidays
Venue: ANU Sports Building
Monday: YOGA at 12:15pm in the Dojo
Tuesday: RPM at 8:00am in the ICS
Wednesday: BODYPUMP at 8:00am in Studio 1.
Thursday: STRETCHING AND FLEXIBILITY at 12:30pm in the Dojo.
Saturday: YOGA at 10:00am in the Dojo.
Classes are subject to change - please check anu sport RECEPTION (02) 6125 2273 FOR CONFIRMATION
Please note: If a class occurs on a public holiday, the class will not be running.
All participants are required to sign up at reception. They must fill out an Adult pre-screening questionnaire (completed every 12 months) and sign into the class via sheets provided. Towel and enclosed shoes are required for RPM. It is that easy!
