Migration Services

PARSA recognises that a large number of postgraduate and research students are in Australia on a student visa. As a new student, it can be difficult to understand what you can and can’t do on your visa. It is important that you understand your rights and obligations, including possible work limitations.

If you have been on a student visa for the duration of your studies and are nearing completion of your degree, you may wonder what options you have to remain in Australia. We can help you narrow these down.

If you have any questions regarding your current visa or future visa options, please consider making an appointment with our in-house registered migration agent, Andrea Stutz (Migration Agents Registration Number (MARN): 2117678). As a registered migration agent, our agent is required to comply with the Code of Conduct for registered migration agents.

Appointments are offered every Tuesday and Wednesday and run for up to 30 minutes via phone or Zoom. These are one-off appointments to guide you in the right direction. Please note, we do not currently have the capacity to offer support in visa lodgements. Book your appointment here.

Please contact parsa@anu.edu.au if you have any questions.

As part of the Student Assistance Team, migration advice adheres to the same privacy and confidentiality policy. You can find a link to our SAT consent form here.
