There are thousands of studies that show meditation can reduce stress, improve sleeping increase focus and so on.
Join us for a 30 minutes free weekly meditation session. It’s a great program if you are looking to start meditation. We meditate for 15 minutes and then give feedback of what our thoughts and feelings were and if we were focused or distracted. It will be a positive and stress busting event.
