Close your eyes… take a breath. It’s time to look after your own health and well-being

PARSA and ANUSA present Wellness Week.
When: 1-5th May, 2017
Where: Union Court, PARSA Student Hub (next to BKSS) and ANU Sport

This year’s theme focuses on you! It’s time to take a moment to stop at our “PIT-STOP- Personal Improvement Time” and enjoy a range of activities which will cover nutrition, relaxation, self-care, creativity, parent and child bonding and active wellbeing. All events are free.

We are hosting a week-long of activities that will get you active and energised, kick-start your nutrition and well-being and eventually relax and revive you! The aim of Wellness Week is to promote social and emotional well-being to the community, encouraging people to maximise their health potential, enhancing the coping capacity of communities, families and individuals.

Join in and get active, learn more about well-being, and relax & unwind. 

Monday:
Fitness Intro 101, 10-11am, 3-4pm, Dojo, ANU Sport Register Here
Nutrition & Wellbeing, 11-12pm, Student Hub, Union Court Register Here
Relaxation Room 9:30am-4:30pm Student Hub, Union Court

Tuesday:
University Mental Health Day, 9am onward, Union Court
PARSA Afternoon Tea, 3pm, Student Hub

Wednesday
Building a healthy ANU: Mental Health Symposium, 9:30- 3pm, China in the World

Thursday
Mindfulness & Meditation- 8-9am, DOJO, ANU Sport Register here
Petting Zoo, 11-3pm, behind Gods Café
Paint Your Thoughts 12-2pm, Union Court
Dancercise 12:30-1:30pm, Union Court
Parents & Bubs tea time stories 4-5pm, Student Hub, Union Court

Friday
Relax and Unwind, 5-7 pm, Fellows Bar, University House
