The ANU are having a Information Commons Software Spring Cleaning Audit. As outlined in the Inside Information September 2009 Newsletter (http://information.anu.edu.au/newsletter) the university has over 300
software applications on various computers. Only requested software will appear on Information Commons computers in 2010. Microsoft Office will appear on Information Commons computers in 2010. If you use any specialised software eg Microsoft Project tell the administration staff in your college as soon as possible so they can check to make sure it is on the college software used list.. This list if it needs to be updated, can then be given to the Information Technology staff.
