The development will be known as Ursula Hall – Laurus Wing and is due to open for Semester 1, 2010.  The project will deliver a 70 unit (self contained) student accommodation facility comprising 42 studio units, 4 accessible studio units and 24 one bedroom units suitable for couples.  Approximately 60% to 70% of the residents in the Laurus Wing will be postgraduates and honours students.  Supporting the residential accommodation is a laundry, bike parking, computing and common room facilities.  There will be a large TV screen in the common room.  For those that want to play a game of pool they can use the main common room in Ursula Hall.
